Time of Spring cleaning

To clean your home, there are two ways: you can take things in hand, or call a residential cleaning company! Whatever it is, even cleaning follows rules, to make it easier to perform chores.

-First make sure to remove all doormats and not hesitate to wash them and shake the dust off of them at the window or the balcony. First ramparts against the dirt, they are those who accumulate the most. Dusty or dirty doormats can’t properly ensure their roles.

-Then you need to clean your carpets, which, throughout the winter, have accumulated germs, dust and so on... Like doormats, clean carpets wear out less quickly. With regard to the carpet, use a square of carpet secluded to test your mixture washing, this will prevent any embarrassing discolouration in full view of everybody.

-Your floors must be protected from the spring and the summer heat. To make it the best way, simply wax it or apply a coating (specialized stores). To kill two birds with one stone, you can find combined products ' washing/waxing» to make you save time.

-After the floor, you can go to the walls, baseboards and woodwork. Just use a sponge and dish soap. For higher spaces of your rooms, use a sponge brush. Additional Tip: feel free to use two buckets. One for soapy and clean water, the other for rinsing your sponge or sponge mop.

-If you have fans, it is time to clean them. Because of all the dirt it has accumulated over the last 6 months, even the most invisible, it will settle on your furniture and your floors once the fan is on. Same operation for air conditioning equipment. It would be unfortunate to have to clean up a second time.

-Your lamps need, also a good cleaning. Use a soft cloth to avoid damaging your lampshades. Clean lamps make the rooms brighter.

-And finally, for a good spring cleaning, do not forget the refrigerator. It has accumulated too much residue on the inside, but also too much dust on the outside. Accumulated dust at the rear of the appliance could cause overheating or shut-off of the device.
